TETE (Teaching English through English)
Q] Do you think "teaching English Through English" is necessary in public school english class? Give us your opinion and supporting reasons.Yes. We think it is necessary to teach English through English. It is often said that the best way to learn English is to go to the US or Great Britain where we can hear people use the language. Unfortunately, however, the majority of our students do not have the chance to go there. And we thought that when we teach English through English we could get similar effect like going abroad.
1. The main purpose of learning a language is to learn to communicate in that language. And nowadays most of the country there are a lot of foreign company. So we have to develop real English level. And t.e.t.e would help student’s ability to adapt in the real English environment.
2. Nowadays, a lot of students depend their English ability to private academy. But when we teach english through English in public school, the cost of private education will be cut down.
Q] Which English teachers do you think is better for our students, native speakers of English, or Korean English teachers? Why? we think korean english teachers are better than native speakers.
1. Korean students have thinking structure of Korean. So it is effective to learn English from same thinking structured teacher.
2. If we just prefer native speaker. There could be under qualiticatied native and on the contrary they will disturb students study of English.
Q] How do you think will our English class be changed in the future? How do you ( as 사범대생) prepare for future English education in Korea? We will have two types of englsh class. One would be native speaker's class. This class's assigned time would be increased than now. And in this class students will learn simple conversations in the class. The other is Korean English teacher's class. This teacher should have good English ability. And they have to teach the students how to study English as Korean. And as a 사범대생, we have to prepare for future English education. And we have to prepare not only partial part of reading, listening and writing but also the ability of conversation.

TEST Result
I'm ENFJ on the MBTI test.
Careers for ENFJ Personality Types : Whether you're a young adult trying to find your place in the world, or a not-so-young adult trying to find out if you're moving along the right path, it's important to understand yourself and the personality traits which will impact your likeliness to succeed or fail at various careers. It's equally important to understand what is really important to you. When armed with an understanding of your strengths and weaknesses, and an awareness of what you truly value, you are in an excellent position to pick a career which you will find rewarding.
ENFJs generally have the following traits: Genuinely and warmly interested in peopleValue people's feelingsValue structure and organizationValue harmony, and good at creating it Exceptionally good people skillsDislike impersonal logic and analysisStrong organizational capabilitiesLoyal and honestCreative and imaginativeEnjoy variety and new challengesGet personal satisfaction from helping othersExtremely sensitive to criticism and discordNeed approval from others to feel good about themselves
The flexibility of these characteristics leave the ENFJ a lot of leeway in choosing a profession.
As long as they're in a supportive environment in which they can work with people and are presented with sufficient diverse challenges to stimulate their creativity, they should do very well. The following list of professions is built on our impressions of careers which would be especially suitable for an ENFJ. It is meant to be a starting place, rather than an exhaustive list. There are no guarantees that any or all of the careers listed here would be appropriate for you, or that your best career match is among those listed here.
Possible Career Paths for the ENFJ:FacilitatorConsultantPsychologistSocial Worker / CounselorTeacherClergySales RepresentativeHuman ResourcesManagerEvents CoordinatorSales RepresentativePoliticians / DiplomatsWriters
STRENGTHS:
With their preference for Feeling, ENFJs are thoughtful, caring, compassionate individuals. Loyal and dependable, and having a strong sense of duty and responsibility, they believe it is important to adhere closely to established systems and procedures. Keen to plan ahead, methodical and detail-conscious, they will be committed to complete tasks on schedule and to the required standard. Having an insightful, perceptive view of life, they focus on the deeper hidden patterns and meanings behind surface forms and structures. However, although they are orientated towards the abstract and theoretical, they do not approach life in a cool, analytical or distant way. Rather, having a genuine empathic concern for those around them, they have a friendly, expressive, social presence. Quick to give, and seek, social support, they will prefer to learn about a subject by participating in lively informed debate or discussion, rather than through private study or reflection.
INTERPERSONAL RELATIONSHIPS:
Orientated towards the Extraverted world of people and external events, ENFJs are enthusiastic, energetic, outgoing individuals. Friendly, supportive and caring, they have a warm, personable social presence. Thoughtful and considerate, they take a genuine personal interest in those around them. Compassionate, understanding and sensitive to others' needs, they dislike conflict, disagreement and discord, which they will work to resolve by actively seeking compromise and consensus. As a result, supervising others' work may not come naturally to them. When working in teams they will wish to have a well defined role, and to be set clearly defined goals. Committed, loyal team members, they are keen to work for the common good, and often act as catalysts, bringing out the best in their colleagues and friends. Active, enthusiastic facilitators, who enjoying organising people, tasks and situations, they will be keen to contribute to the team effort.
THINKING STYLE:
Using their Intuition to look beyond the obvious, known facts in a given situation, ENFJs tend to focus on the fundamental principles and concepts underlying a given task or problem. Thus, they approach practical, real-world problems by first understanding the problem from a theoretical perspective. However, despite their creative, intellectual approach to problems, their preference for Feeling enables them to maintain a strong awareness of the interpersonal dimensions of the task at all times. Moreover, being attuned to the feelings of others, they will be sensitive to the impact their actions will have upon those around them, with their decisions taking into account the personal and emotional needs of their colleagues. Approaching tasks in a clear, orderly and methodical way, they will not lose sight of the detailed aspects of the task. Marshalling theoretical concepts in an orderly and methodical manner to support their arguments, they are ordered in their thinking.
HOW OTHERS MAY SEE YOU:
Known for their sound grasp of theoretical concepts and fundamental principles, colleagues will respect their ability to approach problems in a systematic, orderly manner. However, more down-to-earth colleagues, who are less interested in the subtle nuances of a problem, might on occasion worry that they may lose sight of practical, day-to-day realities. Perceptive, empathic, caring individuals, their colleagues will view them as thoughtful, considerate and understanding. However, if others spurn their genuine offers of help and support, they may feel hurt or rejected. Sensitive to others¹ needs, and preferring to manage by consensus, their egalitarian style may be misinterpreted by some as indicating an inability to take difficult, unpopular decisions. Well organised, dependable and reliable, they will be trusted to see tasks through to the end. Committed, co-operative and loyal, they will be popular team members who are keen to contribute to the team effort.
